Slovenia investigates foreigner over failed Vietnam cyber-heist

LJUBLJANA (Reuters) - Slovenian police said on Wednesday they were investigating a foreigner over an attempted cyber-heist in which criminals unsuccessfully tried to send money from a Vietnamese bank to a Slovenian one in December.
