FCC pegs cost to reallocate TV spectrum for wireless use at $86.4 billion

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Communications Commission said on Wednesday that the cost of reallocating 126 MHz in the television broadcast spectrum for wireless use is $86.4 billion in the first stage of a government auction.
