Oculus is cutting the price of its Rift headset and Touch motion controllers by $100 each, dropping the cost of a complete system to $598, according to a report from The Financial Times. It makes the Oculus Rift significantly cheaper than its main competitor, the HTC Vive, and only $100 more than the current “budget” headset, the PlayStation VR.
